We’re so glad you’re here! Welcome to the Bear Tavern PTO website, your place to find the latest PTO news, classroom communications, and information about upcoming activities and events.

Bear Tavern is a truly special community, and it wouldn’t be the wonderful place it is today without the strong relationships among our students, families, teachers, and staff.

The BTPTO works throughout the year to support our school and create fun and meaningful experiences for our students. We invite you to take a look around the website and learn more about what we do and how your support makes a difference.

Website Access & Student Directory

To access all of the features on the BTPTO website, including our student/family directory, you’ll need to create an account and password.

We take the privacy of our Bear Tavern families seriously. For that reason, password-protected information is available only to families with confirmed accounts.

New to the website? Please follow the instructions to create your account and password through Membership Toolkit (MTK).

*A Note About Homeroom Assignments*

If you’re creating your account before homeroom assignments have been released (before August 20th), you can leave the teacher/homeroom selection blank. Once assignments are available, you’ll be able to log back in and update your information.

All directory information is self-managed, so you can update your family’s information whenever needed.
